The lounge room is furnished with a big cosy leather lounge suite where a large TV and DVD player are located. Many movies on DVD are available for your use, along with board games and outdoor games. Wood is provided for you to enjoy the slow combustion heater in the winter months. There is also a split system air conditioner for heating and cooling when required.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your own meals. Tea and coffee facilities are provided, with plunger coffee, a pod coffee machine and many varieties of herbal teas. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are there for your use to feed up to 6 people. An undercover gas barbecue is provided for your use out on the deck overlooking the property.
